Sarah Durham Wilson

SDW is an arts journalist and a spiritual writer. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a major in English and a minor in Art History. She received her Reiki master from Kripalu in June of 2011 and her (200 hr) Yoga Teacher Training with FLY YOGA in May of 2012.

From 2007-2009, she helped run Blush, a daily women's interest newsletter for 500k subscribers.

She now lives on Martha's Vineyard where she freelances, practices reiki and yoga, and writes DOITGIRL.
